Branding and advertising activities for the developer
Premium Deweloper is a developer currently implementing construction projects in the Warmia and Masuria Voivodeship. The Premium Estate is their first investment. The estate is situated in the Olsztyn district of Pieczew, in a well-connected location. The investment's intention is to provide residents with the comfort of everyday life and create a family-friendly place, in the immediate vicinity of nature, where you can breathe calmly and enjoy the surrounding space without having to give up the comforts of city life.
From a marketing point of view, we have faced many challenges as the brand image was built from scratch. Comprehensive branding and conducting effective sales campaigns are the two most important elements. As a marketing agency, in collaboration with a client the most important to us was the trust that Premium Developer has given us.

We entrusted Panda Marketing with the comprehensive development of the brand's visual identity, and then reworking it into ATL projects and implementations. We wanted a coherent vision of communication, with the right emphasis on the benefits that arise for our recipients when buying an apartment in the location we are building. The projects prepared by Panda granted additional quality to the entire project and emphasized the investment's premium character.
Our challenge was to create branding for a modern, comfortable housing estate for generations in an exceptionally well-thought-out location, and to show that living in a city you can still be close to nature and easily achieve work-life balance.
A communication concept that will also be universal for the developer’s further investments and will emphasize that each of the client’s projects will be located in a unique location and characterized by attractive, modern architecture.
Listing the advantages of the investment of the Premium Estate allowed us to choose the most important ones for communication and use them as the basis for the slogan that has accompanied the Premium Estate from the beginning – Naturally in the city.
The next step was customer analysis and the development of target groups. Developing personas, i.e. profiles of ideal audiences, gives us a great starting point for what to communicate and how to reach potential customers with an interesting message.
Based on the developed communication concept, we created the graphic design. Our task was to prepare a coherent, modern graphic concept that would stand out from the competition. This visual identity is used consistently in all developer materials. A comprehensive approach to the issue of graphics was also manifested in the use of elements in the sales office and at the construction site, as well as in social media communication.
Digital advertising activities were supported by offline campaigns, consistent in terms of communication and graphics: billboards in the busiest parts of the city, advertisements on the radio and local newspapers. We focused on graphic creations that stood out from other developers. Additionally, preparation of materials for real estate fairs
When creating the investment’s media plan, we chose a few of the most effective communication channels that will allow us to effectively reach specific groups of audiences. Parallel to the sales campaign, we conducted image-building activities that showed the investment as an ideal offer for people who appreciate a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to nature, as well as well-developed communication.
The effectiveness campaigns involved actions in the Google advertising network, which enable precise geotargeting, in addition to the Facebook Ads network and the use of direct communication via Messenger.
